BNF 1900 is a surface-modified, phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic, piperazine-based composite flame retardant. This product complies with EU RoHS, REACH, and PAHs directives. Unlike traditional APP-based intumescent flame retardant systems, it offers extremely low water absorption, excellent anti-migration properties, and superior flame-retardant efficiency. It also provides higher gloss and enhanced resistance to long-term injection-induced yellowing. BNF 1900 is suitable for resins such as PP, PE, and EVA that require UL94 V0 flame retardancy.
Technical Parameter:
Moisture
<0.3
Phosphorus Content (%)
16-20
Initial Decomposition Temperature(°C)
>280
Product Applications:
BNF 1900 is suitable for resins such as PP, PE, and EVA that require UL94 V0 flame retardancy. It provides higher gloss and improved resistance to long-term injection-induced yellowing.
In non-glass fiber PP, an addition of 19-20% achieves UL94 V0 at 1.6mm thickness.
In glass fiber-reinforced PP, an addition of 22-23% achieves UL94 V0 at 1.6mm thickness.
Note: The presence of carbon black, fillers, and silicone may reduce or even eliminate the flame retardant effectiveness.
Product Information:
BNF 1930 is a high-efficiency bromine-based flame retardant designed for superior performance without the use of low-cost fillers. It offers excellent thermal stability, non-migrating properties, and low addition rates. This product does not require the addition of antimony trioxide (Sb₂O₃), making it a more cost-effective solution compared to conventional bromine-antimony flame retardant systems. Compliant with ROHS, REACH, and PAHs regulations, BNF 1930 ensures reliable flame retardancy while maintaining material integrity and environmental sustainability.
Technical Parameter:
