Phosphinous-Phosphorus-Based halogen-free flame retardant is a new type of flame retardant. It has excellent compatibility with polymers. It effectively mitigates common issues associated with conventional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, such as screw corrosion and molecular migration during long-term injection processes. This flame retardant does not compromise the insulation performance due to moisture absorption, which provides a reliable guarantee for end products.

Application
BNF 1914S is a novel halogen-free phosphorus-organosilicon flame retardant that delivers outstanding flame retardancy with excellent polymer compatibility, eliminating screw/mold corrosion and small-molecule migration issues while maintaining moisture-resistant insulation properties for reliable end-product stability.
BNF 1914 is a high-temperature-resistant, non-migrating phosphorus-organosilicon flame retardant that achieves UL94 V0 at 1.6mm (12% loading) and 0.8mm (16% loading) in PA66/30%GF systems, delivers 1.6mm V0 performance with 13% loading in high-temperature nylon (e.g., PPA) reinforced systems (offering >10% higher flame-retardant efficiency than ADP03), while providing excellent color adjustability for performance-critical aesthetic applications.
BNF 1914G is a cost-effective, non-migrating phosphorus-organosilicon flame retardant that achieves UL94 V0 at 12% (1.6mm) and 16% (0.8mm) in PA6/30%GF, 14% (1.6mm) in PA66-GF, and is available in 95±2% granulated form for improved dosing, efficiency, and reduced dust.
Package
Packed in paper-plastic composite bags with inner polyethylene liners, 25 kg net per bag. The product must be stored sealed in a dry, dust-free, and cool place.
